The Kennesaw Mountain High School Takedown Club is organized as a non-profit organization under the laws of the state of Georgia. The organization is formed exclusively to:

Promote parent/student involvement;

|
Coordinate all supporting activities, including the junior wrestling program;
|
|
·
|
Encourage attendance at wrestling related and functions;
|
|
·
|
Provide those services, facilities and equipment that are not provided by the school or county;
|
|
·
|
Ensure recognition for the wrestling program and its athletes; and
|
|
·
|
Increase the enjoyment of the fans at all wrestling activities.
