02/5/08:  SAVE THE DATE - Our end of season banquet is going be on MARCH 25, 2008 at 7pm in the KMHS Cafeteria.  This will be our end of season banquet for ALL wrestlers (Jr. Program, JV & Varsity).  More details to follow.

01/21/08:  Happy New Year!!!  Our wrestlers competed in the Region Duals on 1/12/08 and wrestled their hearts out.  You boys did great and everyone is very proud of you. 

Please keep all the boys that have been injured or are sick in your prayers.  This is a tough sport and they need all the support they can get.  There is a link under the photos tab and you can see all the great pictures taken by the McCafferty family.  Thank you to them!

12/03/07:  Congratulations Varsity Wrestlers!  1st Place at East Coweta!  WAY TO GO!!!! 

11/30/07:  WAY TO GO MUSTANGS!!!!  Our boys won against all three schools that came to our meet on Wednesday, November 28th.  Not only did they win, they made school history by BEATING MCEACHERN for the first time.  That is wonderful and exciting!!!!!  Keep up the good work.  You guys are looking great and make all of us proud to be part of the KMHS Wrestling program!  CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

We currently only have 9 families that have joined the KMHS Takedown Booster Club.  The booster club is $150 to join and is what keeps the wrestling program running without having to ask for money from each family throughout the year.  Please make sure that you send in your check to Susan Williams (treasurer) and that it is made out to KMHS Takedown Club.  I know that this is a busy time of year, but we need to have 100% participation and commitment from each family.  Our cost of $150 is very reasonable compared to other sports at KMHS.  Along with your membership, you will receive two shirts that will be embroidered with the KMHS wrestling logo to show your team spirit.  I hope that you all understand the cost that it takes to purchase everything your wrestlers receive each year and will make this commitment to the team.  This is not for the Jr. Program as you have already paid to wrestle, but if you chose to join the Booster Club, that would be great too.
